Chris Lane took a tumble on stage during a recent show, and laughed it off as he shared the video on Instagram on Friday (August 4). The “Big, Big Plans” artist set the reel to the classic Foo Fighters anthem “My Hero,” playing the fall once at normal speed and again in slow motion, spilling his solo cup on the way to the ground.

Still, Lane appeared to be OK and made light of it as he posted the video. he wrote in his caption on Instagram: “Michigan I was fallin for you! Thanks for the good times.”

Lane’s stumble garnered comments from his wife Lauren Lane, who wrote “someone’s a lightweight,” fellow country star Russell Dickerson, who said “HAHAHAHAH! OMG BRO!!!,” and Granger Smith’s wife, Amber, assured that it “happens to the best of em 😂🙌.” Some other Instagram users commented, “Who put that speaker there! 😤,” “My favorite thing…. ‘liked by laurenlane’ 😂😂😂,” “Im dead…and hey if we can’t laugh at ourselves, who can right!,” and “Handled it like a champ! Got right back up and dried off!! You did amazing! One of the best concerts I’ve ever been to!”

Lane got right back up and has more performance dates set through the fall. His next one is set for Saturday (August 5) in North Carolina, his website shows. Watch the video Lane shared here:
